Kate moved to Northwest Arkansas in 2005, graduated from Prairie Grove High School, and went on to earn a Psychology degree from the University of Arkansas-Fort Smith. She began her career in public service as the Deputy Director of Emergency Management for Benton County, where she honed her leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

After five years, her entrepreneurial spirit led her to real estate, where she quickly excelled. Specializing in Benton and Washington County, she works with both primary homebuyers and investors. Beyond helping clients, Kate has built her own real estate portfolio through rental property ownership and house flipping, giving her firsthand experience in strategic investing.

Her passion for real estate, combined with her deep-rooted knowledge of the local market, makes her a trusted advisor for buyers, sellers, and investors alike.

Shannon began her real estate career in Northwest Arkansas in 2003, later transitioning into education in 2009 before returning to real estate in 2020. Her diverse background has shaped her ability to connect with people, build lasting relationships, and bring structure and organization to everything she does.

Raised in an Air Force family, Shannon had the opportunity to travel extensively and experience different cultures—an experience that has strengthened her adaptability and people skills. Her natural leadership, organizational talents, and passion for helping others make her the perfect fit as VP of Sales for The Summit Home Team.

A graduate of Henderson State University, Shannon earned a degree in education and dedicated years to mentoring and teaching in Arkansas’s public school system starting in 1991. She takes pride in helping others achieve their dreams, whether in education, real estate, or life.

Above all, Shannon is a proud mother to her 24-year-old son, who is thriving in a promising tech industry career.

Mike began his real estate career in Jonesboro, Arkansas, in 2018, and moving to Northwest Arkansas has been the experience of a lifetime. His passion for helping people navigate the real estate process—whether buying or selling—has made him one of the most trusted and highly regarded Realtors in Arkansas.

With a strong background in sales, cold-calling, and relationship building, Mike is driven and focused on guiding his clients across the finish line to success. Outside of real estate, Mike and his wife, Lisa, love the Northwest Arkansas lifestyle. They enjoy golf, pickleball, biking, and walking the beautiful parks and trails, including the Razorback Greenway.

Before transitioning into real estate, Alex spent more than eight years in agricultural finance operations, where precision, organization, and attention to detail were essential. Her background gave her a deep appreciation for protecting clients' investments, communicating clearly, and ensuring every detail is handled with care.
